  1. Don’t Work for Extra Hours – Working extra by few hours once a week is fine. However, overwork on a daily basis can lead to feeling fatigued. Therefore, it is important that you work given to the allotted time but also learn to manage time helping you to avoid facing fatigued.

  3. Sleep Well – 6 to 8hours of sleep is considered to be idea for our body. It is absolutely crucial that you are sleeping well in order to keep you fresh while working and don’t get fatigued.
  4. Exercise Well – A combination of eating good food and exercising regularly is a great way to keep the body in shape while increasing the stamina as well. Exercise can be in the form of jogging, jump roping, weight training, yoga and more. Therefore, ensure you regularly exercise 3 to 5 times a week daily.
